Restaurant Technologies Adds More than 1,500 New Grocery and C-Store Customers in 2018

Minneapolis — Restaurant Technologies, the leading provider of cooking oil management and exhaust cleaning solutions, is providing its Total Oil Management solution to more than 1,500 new grocery and convenience store (c-store) units since the start of 2018, bringing the company’s total customer roster of foodservice providers across a range of segments to more than 27,000 locations nationwide.

Restaurant Technologies Partners With Weis Markets, Fry's Food Stores and Price Chopper

MinneapolisRestaurant Technologies has partnered with three grocery brands: Weis Markets, Fry's Food Stores and Price Chopper. Over the next few months, each banner is on track to use the Total Oil Management system, a technology that automates the entire life cycle of fryer oil. Restaurant Technologies has seen double-digit growth in the industry; in 2016 the system was installed in approximately 2,000 grocery locations, with another 350 completed in 2017 so far.

Denny’s Expands Partnership with Restaurant Technologies

Minneapolis — Restaurant Technologies is expanding its partnership with Denny’s AWashington Group, installing its total oil management system in 21 total locations. With fried foods comprising more than 44% of the Denny’s menu, the total oil management technology enables this popular dining spot to maintain the food quality and experience that diners expect.
