Orange, Calif. — Branded Group officially launched operations on its new facilities solutions business on February 17, 2014, offering clients more than 20 years of experience in both the retail and vendor side of the business. The company, based in Orange, Calif., provides a wide variety of services including facility management and construction, specialty projects, and vendor consulting.

Kurland brings more than 10 years of experience in the retail and supply industries, having worked for Empire Facilities, now FrontStreet, for 7 years as vice president of sales and marketing, where he was in charge of marketing, project and account management, and new business initiatives. Prior to FrontStreet, Kurland served as a maintenance manager at Jones Apparel Group for 3 years, where he ran and maintained more than 350 locations nationwide.
He is joined in leadership at Branded Group by Kiira Esposito, vice president of operations, who has more than 10 years in the facilities service industry. In previous positions, she grew from coordinator/project manager to supervisor at Empire Facilities. She then went on to her role as vice president of operations at First Service Maintenance Group, where she managed more than 40 accounts, as well as oversaw the office and team running service calls, projects, monthly PMs, rollout and remodels. Esposito later became a business development manager at FrontStreet Facilities, where she maintained and grew multiple accounts by acting as an extension of her customers teams.
