Oaks, Pa. — BrandPoint Services, Inc., a general contractor specializing in refresh and reimage initiatives in both the U.S. and Canada, has restructured into two distinct business units: (1) paint and maintenance, and (2) construction. Sonya Bohmann has been promoted to director of paint and maintenance. She joined BrandPoint just over 1 year ago after holding previous positions with MAACO and AAMCO.

“Bohmann has demonstrated superior leadership and customer service skills, making her a great fit to strengthen and grow what is already a leading business segment in our company,” says Steve Hearon, president of BrandPoint.

In addition, Scott DeFlavis has been promoted to director of construction and will lead BrandPoint’s team of project managers, job site supervisors, and crews who facilitate the company’s multi-trade projects.

“Scott brings over 25 years of retail construction experience in conversions and rebrand initiatives to BrandPoint and makes our construction team even stronger from top to bottom,” Hearon says.

Dave Knoche was promoted to director of sales after many successful years growing national accounts at BrandPoint. Knoche has more than 25 years of experience in working with the nation’s most successful retailers and brand merchants.

“Dave’s understanding of construction, project management and conceptual estimating delivers comprehensive cost effective solutions to our clients,” Hearon says. “We are very excited about this team to lead BrandPoint into the future.”
