Brinker International Names SVP & Chief People Officer

Dallas — Brinker International, Inc. has named Rick Badgley as senior vice president and chief people officer, effective July 18, 2016. He most recently handled the brick-and-mortar retail strategy for TOMS.

Badgley brings extensive global hospitality and retail experience to Brinker, having held leadership positions at TOMS, Starbucks Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide. Most recently, he served as vice president of talent management and retail for TOMS. In this role, Badgley was responsible for all aspects of talent globally as well as TOM’s brick-and-mortar strategy, which included the construction, design, experience and operations of new stores globally. Prior to that, Badgley served as vice president of global staffing and learning for Starbucks Corporation.
