Brixmor To Open 4 Charming Charlie Stores in Multiple Markets

New York City — Brixmor Property Group has executed four new leases with Charming Charlie, a growing fashion jewelry and accessories retailer.

 

New York City — Brixmor Property Group has executed four new leases with Charming Charlie, a growing fashion jewelry and accessories retailer, for locations across the Brixmor portfolio. Charming Charlie was the winner of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Hot Retailer of the Year award in 2010.

“We are pleased to be working with Charming Charlie, adding this exciting new retailer to our portfolio of shopping centers, and looking forward to more stores in the coming years,” says Timothy Bruce, executive vice president, leasing and redevelopment, Brixmor Property Group.

The locations with Charming Charlie are: an 8,878-square-foot store that already opened in July 2011 at Trinity Commons in Fort Worth, Texas; a lease for a 6,471-square-foot location at The Quentin Collection in Kildeer, Ill.; a lease for a 9,048-square-foot location at Hillcrest Shopping Center in Spartanburg, S.C.; a lease for a 7,200-square-foot location at Oakwood Commons in Hermitage, Tenn.; and a lease for a 6,500-square-foot location at Pointe Orlando in Orlando, Fla.
