Canton, Mass. — Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with new franchise group, Eliasco, LLC, to develop 15 new restaurants in the Minneapolis-St. Paul South Metro area. The first restaurant is planned to open in 2018.
New restaurants will open in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, St. Paul, West St. Paul, Woodbury and other communities south of the metropolitan area.
Led by Elias Saman, the new franchise group will manage and oversee the development and operations for each Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. The group has vast experience in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry and currently owns and operates multiple local gas and convenience stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
