by Nate Hunter

Latham, N.Y. — Meeks will be responsible for enhancing on-time, on-budget project completions.

Latham, N.Y. — DWM Facilities Maintenance has promoted Paul Meeks to executive vice president of projects. Meeks was an integral part of founding DWM with his brother David and has been with the company since its inception in 1997.

Originally serving as the company’s carpet cleaning specialist, Paul Meeks’ ability to manage projects on a larger scale became apparent. With the company’s substantial growth, his roles have expanded to also include positions as project manager and most recently vice president of projects. With the success of the projects team under his direction, Meeks was the natural choice for the executive position.

“We are extremely happy to announce the appointment of Paul as executive vice president of projects. He has been instrumental in building DWM into a strong national facilities maintenance firm,” says Brian Whitt, COO at DWM Facilities Maintenance.

In his new role, Meeks will be responsible for developing tactics to enhance project completion time as well as developing cost-savings strategies for clients. Strong interface with clients will enable Meeks to better develop tailored solutions to meet budgetary, time, and overall project requirements for clients. Meeks will continue to oversee the company’s projects department.

“When DWM was first created I could have never imagined what it would be come. It is exciting to be a part of the company’s growth and success,” says Meeks. “I look forward to finding new ways to improve our projects department and provide even better outcomes for our clients.”
