EDENS Names New Chief Operating Officer

Bethesda, Md. — EDENS, one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of community shopping centers, has appointed Rob Wyant as chief operating officer. He brings over 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry, with most of his career spent at General Growth and Westfield. 

Wyant will use his vast knowledge in leasing, property management, legal and tenant coordination functions to inspire operational excellence at EDENS. As COO, he will oversee and develop the implementation of standard operating policies, procedures and guidelines that have a key focus on organizational efficiencies while amplifying the quality in which EDENS enriches communities.
