Hallmark Names New CFO

Kansas City, Mo. — Jim Shay has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hallmark Cards, Inc. He will join Hallmark on September 8, 2015.

Shay will replace Tim Griffith who is retiring at year-end after 37 years at Hallmark; 8 as the company’s chief financial officer. Previously, Shay was chief financial officer of Great Plains Energy and Kansas City Power & Light.
