Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Plans Up To 10 New Restaurants in South Florida

Miami and Palm Beach, Fla. — Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, a vibrant fast-casual restaurant concept serving creative Mexican food, will expand its presence in South Florida. Two existing franchise groups will each develop three to five restaurants in their respective markets, totaling six to 10 new restaurants in South Florida over the next 5 years.

Grant Gussin currently owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at Downtown Dadeland, West Kendall and Doral in Miami. Franchisee group Salsa Management Inc., run by Nick Boros and David Pettit, owns and operates three Lime Fresh restaurants at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, The Fountains in Plantation, and Shadowood Square in Boca Raton. The two franchisee groups will open additional locations in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

In 2004, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill started as one neighborhood restaurant serving fresh, Mexican offerings in a lively, high energy atmosphere to complement the healthy, food-conscious culture of South Beach and demand has grown the fast-casual restaurant concept to eight locations in Florida and Texas.
