MOD Pizza Expanding in Houston With 6 New Locations

Houston — Transwestern represented MOD Pizza in a total of 23 new leases in the Houston area, bringing the retailer to 17 stores currently in operation and six more slated to open by year-end. To date, MOD operates more than 230 stores across the U.S. and the United Kingdom.

The six new restaurants opening in 2017 will be located in Bay Colony, Kingwood East, Springwoods Village, Deer Park, Westchase and Tomball.
