New York City — Foot Locker, Inc., the New York-based specialty athletic retailer, has appointed Scott Martin as senior vice president – real estate, effective June 13, 2016. Martin joins Foot Locker, Inc. from Gap Inc. He succeeds Jeffrey Berk, who retired in April after almost 20 years with the company.

Diversified Restaurant Holdings Details Management Succession Plan

Southfield, Mich. — Diversified Restaurant Holdings, Inc. has formed a management succession plan that advances CFO David G. Target Names EVP & Chief Merchandising Officer

Minneapolis — Target Corporation has hired Mark Tritton as executive vice president and chief merchandising officer. In addition, Jason Goldberger will assume the newly created role of chief digital officer and president of Target.com. Both Tritton and Goldberger will report to Target’s chairman and CEO, Brian Cornell, effective June 5, 2016.

Northwood Retail Opens Regional Office in Charlotte, North Carolina

RadioShack Names New President and CEO

Fort Worth, Texas — RadioShack has hired Dene Rogers to join the company as president and CEO on May 9, 2016. He has previously served as CEO of Target Australia and CEO of Sears Canada, which he led to become Canada's largest and most profitable online retailer. At RadioShack, Rogers will focus on positioning RadioShack's unique omni-channel platform for long term growth. Rogers will also serve on RadioShack's board of directors.

Albertsons Appoints EVP, Retail Operations, East Region
