Cleveland, Ohio — A promotion and new hire bring a new president of engineering and energy solutions as well as a new global sustainability manager to Predictive Service.
Cleveland, Ohio — Predictive Service, a global leader in providing engineering, maintenance, reliability and sustainability solutions, has promoted Matthew Setzekorn to president of engineering and energy solutions.
As vice president of energy solutions at Predictive Service since 2012, Setzekorn was responsible for leading the delivery of sustainability, commissioning and energy audits and solutions. He possesses more than 15 years of experience in the consulting and engineering field, and holds numerous accreditations, including PE licenses in more than 20 states, as well as certification as a Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP) from the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and a U.S. Green Building Council – LEED® Accredited Professional. Prior to joining Predictive Service, Setzekorn served as principal at Integrated Engineering Consultants, Inc.

The company has also added Susann Geithner — an expert in LEED® design and energy auditing — as its new global sustainability manager. Geithner is a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP) for Existing Buildings, Operations and Maintenance, as well as a LEED® AP for Building Design and Construction.
