Canton, Mass. — On September 20, 2016, Dunkin' Donuts opened its 12,000th restaurant worldwide, in the Greater Los Angeles area in Riverside, Calif. With this milestone location, Dunkin' Donuts continues its steady and strategic westward expansion, opening more than 30 new restaurants in California with plans for about 300 new locations total to be developed in the state over the coming years.

MOD Pizza Plans 11 New Restaurants in Houston

Houston — Transwestern represented MOD Pizza in 11 new leases in Houston, bringing the retailer to 15 open and planned Houston locations. To date, MOD is operating close to 150 stores across the U.S. and the United Kingdom and plans to open 50 more stores by the end of 2016, including five U.K. locations.
