As vice president of technical services, Harrison will oversee the bid process for extensive repairs and reroof projects, review specifications verifying that RoofConnect is providing a solution that best meets the owner’s needs, provide warranty support to customers, while assisting customers in identifying and prioritizing their roofing needs to best allocate their budget dollars.
In his previous position as director of strategic accounts, Harrison was responsible for the management of RoofConnect’s largest accounts insuring they received the highest level of service on both a national and local level. This included responsibility for managing their roof repair, roof maintenance, capital roofing/reroofing projects, coordinating emergency response before, during and after storms or natural disasters, and managing any special projects that required expansive resources and/or complicated logistics.
