Duro-Last Names Multiple Leadership Promotions

Saginaw, Mich. — Duro-Last®, Inc. has promoted multiple employees throughout its leadership team. Mike Tracey now serves as vice president of operations; Thomas Jenkins is now the vice president of manufacturing; and Mitch Gilbert has accepted the position of director of continuous improvement.

Duro-Last®, Inc. Celebrates 40th Anniversary at Saginaw Headquarters

Saginaw, Mich. — Duro-Last, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated single-ply roofing systems, celebrated its 40th anniversary with an Open House on May 16, 2018 at its Saginaw, Mich., headquarters. More than 100 guests attended the event — including local contractors, community members and organizations, and vendor partners — and had the opportunity to tour the Duro-Last, EXCEPTIONAL® Metals and Plastatech® Engineering manufacturing facilities.

Duro-Last®, Inc. Honors Contractor of the Year Awards

Saginaw, Mich. — Duro-Last, Inc.’s annual national sales seminar, held in San Antonio earlier this year, welcomed more than 1,300 guests representing over 200 companies. The event, which also served as the official kickoff to Duro-Last’s year-long 40th anniversary celebration, honored multiple contractors for their outstanding dedication and workmanship over the past year.

Duro-Last Appoints Director of Continuous Improvement

Saginaw, Mich. — Duro-Last, Inc. has hired Mike Tracey as director of continuous improvement. In this newly created position, Tracey will work closely with Duro-Last’s chief executive officer, Tom Saeli, to develop and oversee the quality assurance, quality control and engineering services departments. He will also oversee the continuous improvement of existing products and services, new product research, and the overall customer experience.
