Los Angeles — Bill Robards brings more than 30 years of strategic leadership in real estate, construction, and asset and facilities management to his new role.

 

Los AngelesThe Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, the oldest and largest privately‐held specialty premium coffee and tea retailer in the United States, has hired Bill Robards as vice president of store development. In this role, Robards will be responsible for delivering upon the brand’s extensive growth and expansion plans for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® locations in the U.S.

Robards brings 30 years of strategic leadership in real estate, construction, and asset and facilities management. Prior to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, Robards held the positions of senior vice president of development for JP Morgan Chase & Co. and previously worked with Starbucks as divisional vice president of assets/facilities and divisional vice president for the western division, which grew more than 1,200 new stores. He also spent several years with McDonald’s Corporation in the real estate division.
