San Francisco — Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has acquired Rejuvenation Inc., America’s leading manufacturer of authentic reproduction lighting and house parts, such as door and cabinet hardware.

 

San Francisco — Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has acquired Rejuvenation Inc., America’s leading manufacturer of authentic reproduction lighting and house parts, such as door and cabinet hardware. Rejuvenation’s exclusive lighting fixtures are sold through its catalog, website and retail stores in Portland, Ore; Seattle; and Los Angeles. The transaction price was not disclosed.
