Hickory, NC — Chase Properties Ltd., a Beachwood, Ohio-based owner and operator of community shopping centers, has acquired Valley Corners in Hickory, N.C., from Collett & Associates. Valley Corners is a 144,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Michaels, Ross, Ashley Furniture and PETCO. David Webb with Berkeley Capital Advisors brokered the sale.
Valley Corners is Chase Properties’ fourth acquisition over the past year and marks their first acquisition in North Carolina, as the company continues to focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
