Cintas and Diversey Form Strategic Alliance

Chicago — Facility services specialist Cintas Corporation and leading jan/san provider Diversey, Inc. have formed a strategic alliance.

 

Chicago — Cintas Corporation, a Cincinnati-based leader in specialized facility services, and Diversey, Inc., a Sturtevant, Wis.-based global provider of commercial cleaning, sanitation and hygiene solutions, have formed a strategic alliance to provide custom cleaning and hygiene products and services to Cintas customers. Branded Signet™ Cleaning Chemical Service, the new foodservice offering combines a portfolio of green chemicals with the service excellence of Cintas to provide customers fully integrated management of their cleaning and hygiene needs.

Under the agreement, Cintas will provide a custom collection of Diversey’s floor cleaners, surface cleaners and mechanical warewashing products to its customers through more than 6,000 Cintas service representatives throughout the country. In addition, Cintas customers will benefit from access to a collection of ready-to-use products most frequently needed in kitchen applications.
