Newport, KY — Divisions Maintenance Group, a provider of facilities maintenance services, has experienced significant growth in 2011 with the opening of five new offices: Tulsa, Okla.; Sacramento, Calif.; Los Angeles; Raleigh, N.C.; and Seattle. Plans are also in place for the opening of three additional offices in first quarter 2012: Richmond, Va.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Las Vegas.
Headquartered in Newport, Ky., Divisions provides national coverage for services including snow removal, landscaping, parking lot maintenance, plumbing, electrical and general construction. The company’s clients are primarily retailers and property management companies.
CEO Gary Mitchell views the growth as a natural extension of the company’s commitment to customer service and quality national coverage. “When we open a new office,” he says, “it’s because the needs of our clients are demanding it.”
“On the retailer side of the equation, we understand that our clients’ internal operating systems are very lean,” says Mitchell. “They don’t have the staff or the budgets they’ve historically been accustomed to. We have to help them do more with less. Divisions has been able to provide the eyes and ears on the properties that retailers just don’t have the manpower for these days. We are constantly looking for new ways to give them visibility on their sites.”
