Knoxville, TN — Expert JMS, a leading North American provider of facility maintenance services, has appointed Susan Dykman as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Dykman brings broad expertise in facility maintenance and construction and proven experience in implementing growth and scalable operating processes.

Prior to joining Expert JMS, Dykman held a number of senior management positions in the industry, most recently as executive vice president at Global Facility Management & Construction. Earlier in her career, she served as executive vice president of and marketing at Whelan’s International, a Long Island, N.Y.-based facility maintenance company sold to US Maintenance.
