Atlanta — JLL Retail hopes to create operational efficiencies at the newly transformed center in Buckhead.
Atlanta — Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Retail group has been retained to manage Shops Around Lenox in Atlanta. The 124,409-square-foot open-air center, located off Peachtree Road in Buckhead, has a tenant mix that includes Crate & Barrel, lululemon athletica, Swank, Deka, Ona Atlanta, Paper Source, Suit Supply, Seven Lamps and Bhojanic.
“We are eager to implement JLL’s comprehensive management approach at the Shops Around Lenox on behalf of the new ownership,” says Southeast Retail Market Lead John Bemis. “We’ll seek to drive increased value at the newly transformed, trophy center by creating operational efficiencies and maintaining a quality environment for both shoppers and tenants.”
