Virginia Beach, Va. — L.L.Bean recently opened its third Virginia store at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, Va. KBE Building Corporation (KBE) served as general contractor for the 17,138-square-foot renovation project designed by Cuhaci & Peterson.
KBE, a $300 million construction firm located regionally in Maryland and Connecticut, performed a tenant improvement and façade upgrades of the former Lord & Taylor building, which now is home to the new L.L.Bean store.
This is the third store KBE has built for L.L.Bean. Other projects include renovations to the L.L.Bean location at Tyson’s Corner Mall in Tyson’s Virginia and tenant fit-out for the store at The Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, Conn.
