CBL Properties Promotes Several Officers

Chattanooga, Tenn. — CBL Properties has made several promotions including one promotion to senior vice president and five new vice presidents.

• Karen Walker was promoted to senior vice president – technology solutions. She joined the CBL team in 2014 and was promoted in 2021 to vice president – technology solutions.

• Janine Atiyeh was promoted to vice president – people & culture. She joined the CBL team in 2006 as an HR manager and was promoted to director in 2014, and then senior director in 2016.

• Greg Gibson was promoted to vice president – financial operations. He joined CBL as a budget analyst in 2015 and has been promoted multiple times, most recently to senior director of financial operations in 2023. He will help oversee CBL’s property and corporate forecasting.

• Rachel Hanan was promoted to vice president – financial operations. She began her career at CBL in 2015 as a budget analyst and has been promoted multiple times, including to senior director of budgeting in 2023.

• Tracy Robbins-Laws was promoted to vice president – operations services. She first worked for CBL in the 1980s when the company assumed third-party management of The Mall at Johnson City in Johnson City, Tenn.

• David Robinson was promoted to vice president – mixed use. Robinson joined CBL in 2012 as the national director of mall restaurants and entertainment and was later promoted to senior director – mixed use.
