St. Louis — Construction is complete for the new $5 million Fresh Thyme store in St. Peters, Mo., with Knoebel Construction serving as the general contractor. The developer was InSite Real Estate and the architect was NORR.
The construction project consisted of precast concrete and custom interior finishes and was completed within a condensed schedule. The 28,720-square-foot store features an extensive bulk food section with more than 400 bins of items and 25% of the store’s floor space is dedicated to fresh produce.
Knoebel Construction also constructed Fresh Thyme in South St. Louis, which opened in fall 2017.
