St. Louis — The new Drake’s restaurant and entertainment venue in Evansville, Ind., is complete, with Knoebel Construction serving as the general contractor. This is the second location that St. Louis-based Knoebel has built for the restaurant chain. Knoebel has been selected as the general contractor for all of Drake’s currently planned locations. St. Louis — Construction is complete on two new $1.2 million Jiffy Lube centers in Sycamore and Springfield, Ill. Knoebel Construction served as the general contractor for the 3,500-square-foot automotive service centers and completed all of the pre-construction site work. Knoebel has been selected to build six additional Jiffy Lube locations in four Midwestern states for Stonebriar Auto Services, a Jiffy Lube franchisee. Indio, Calif. — Knoebel Construction has completed construction of new Marshalls and Burlington retail stores at Indio Towne Center in Indio, Calif. Construction is underway for new ULTA Beauty and Five Below locations, which are scheduled to open early fall 2019. The 560,000-square-foot shopping center, located off the heavily trafficked I-10 freeway in Southern California, is the largest in the region, serving the east end of the Coachella Valley. St. Louis — The new Mellow Mushroom pizzeria in Cottleville, Mo., is complete and open, with Knoebel Construction serving as the general contractor.  Each Mellow Mushroom restaurant is locally owned and features a completely unique design. This eclectic and colorful 5,400-square-foot location features ‘80s inspired design elements and décor, colorful neon lights, graffiti art and whimsical sculptures.  The architect was Oculus Inc.

St. Louis — Construction is complete for the $3 million historic renovation of the former Langenberg Hat Building in Washington, Mo., at 330 West Front St. As general contractor, Knoebel Construction converted the two-story brick building into a multi-use space featuring six, two-bedroom lofts and Streetside Tacos, a sit-down restaurant on the first floor. The developer was Marquart Landing Properties, L.L.C., and the architect was The Van Hooser Partnership.

St. Louis — Construction is complete for the new $2 million HopCat restaurant and craft beer bar in the Delmar Loop in St. Louis, with Knoebel Construction serving as the general contractor. The new 8,580-square-foot location features seating for 245 guests, draft bar, an outdoor beer garden that seats 100 guests and event space.
