New York City — KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, a unique, hands-on, all-you-can-eat dining experience that merges traditional Asian Hot Pot with Korean BBQ flavors, has opened its 80th location, which is also the brand’s first location in New York City. The new restaurant is located at 310 W. 38th St. in Manhattan’s Midtown West neighborhood.
“We’re thrilled to bring KPOT’s unique dining experience to the vibrant culinary landscape of New York City,” says Margaret M. Farrell, head of marketing for Vertex Hospitality. “New York is home to diverse and energetic food lovers, which aligns perfectly with KPOT’s mission to bring people together over innovative, interactive dining. We can’t wait to see New Yorkers gather around our grills, cooking up delicious meals and creating unforgettable moments and connections.”
KPOT opened its first location in 2018. Since then, the company has experienced incredible growth. In fact, KPOT had only three units open at the end of 2020. By the end of 2023, 55 locations were open. Today, KPOT sits at 80 locations and growing.
