Latham, N.Y. — DWM has promoted Curt Cooper to senior project manager and Erica Carpinello to projects team lead. Both will work together in the company’s newly formed Construction & Renovation division.
Cooper joined DWM in 2000. In his new role, Cooper will oversee all aspects of construction and renovation projects, mentor new project managers and assist in creating benchmarks to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of client objectives.
Carpinello joined DWM in 2014 and later that year, was named projects production manager. In her new role, Carpinello will strategically assign bid requests and approvals to ensure efficient project completions, develop and maintain production schedules, and ensure all key performance indicators are met by project managers.
