Latham, N.Y. — DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions has formed a new organizational structure consistent with DWM’s long term strategy to improve the customer experience and accelerate growth. As part of the changes, DWM has established dedicated roles and responsibilities around each client touchpoint and has consolidated the line of reporting for roles across all three divisions (Facilities Maintenance, Construction & Renovation, Water Filtration).
The new organizational structure will feature an executive leadership panel, to provide checks and balances across the organization.
The executive leadership panel includes:
- Ryan Knapp, executive vice president, Construction & Renovation, who most recently served as vice president, Construction & Renovation.
- Paul Meeks, executive vice president, Logistics & Support, who previously served as executive vice president, Construction & Renovation.
- Heidi Neil, executive vice president, Finance, previously vice president, Finance.
- Katie Whitt, executive vice president, Operations, who previously served as vice president, Strategic Account Management.
All members of the Executive Leadership Panel have 15+ years of experience supporting various roles at DWM.
“By aligning our leadership structure around the customer experience, our team’s diverse talents will be leveraged to drive change and innovation that accelerate DWM’s growth,” says David Meeks, president, DWM Comprehensive Facility Solutions. “The new organizational structure adds the accountability necessary to achieve sustainable results.”
