Egan Sign Hires 3 New Associates

Wyomissing, Pa. — Egan Sign, a recognized leader in national sign management and corporate rebranding, has hired Megan Schlott, Laurel Monahan and Erica Spengler as project manager, permit expeditor and project coordinator, respectively.

Schlott comes to Egan Sign with 4 years of experience in the sign industry, all of which have been focused on project management. She began her career at Reading, Pa.-based L & H Companies in December 2012 as project manager. In her new position, Schlott will work closely with senior project managers to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and on budget. 

Monahan, a Pennsburg, Pa.-area resident, brings more than 9 years of professional experience in project coordination and permit management to her new role as permit expeditor. Most recently, Monahan served as project coordinator and permit manager at Core States Group, an engineering and design firm, in Warren, N.J.

Spengler, a resident of the West Reading Borough, joins the Egan Sign team as project coordinator. In her most recent professional role, Spengler served as activity manager at The Omnia-Prova Education Collaborative in Fort Washington, Pa.
