New York City — Just Salad, the fast-casual restaurant chain with a mission to make everyday health and sustainability possible, has appointed Andrew Marsallo as the company’s director of real estate. He will be responsible for managing Just Salad’s rapidly growing real estate pipeline, with a particular focus on the chain’s growth in both existing and new markets. Marsallo joins the company from Shake Shack.

With over a decade of experience in real estate management, Marsallo brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. Prior to joining Just Salad, he led real estate expansion for prominent restaurant companies including Shake Shack and Pret A Manger, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations and market analysis across roles. Marsallo has demonstrated a keen eye for identifying real estate opportunities and executing strategic expansion plans throughout his career.
