Woodbury, Minn. — Moe’s Southwest Grill is bringing its bold flavors and signature hospitality to the Twin Cities area with the opening of its first traditional restaurant in the market. Opening Sept. 4 in Woodbury, the new location marks a milestone in the brand’s regional expansion and introduces local guests to the full Moe’s restaurant experience.
While Moe’s currently serves travelers at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, the new 2,605-square-foot Woodbury restaurant is the brand’s first brick-and-mortar location in the Twin Cities area.
“The Twin Cities area represents a dynamic, growing market with a strong appreciation for quality, customizable dining experiences, making it a natural fit for Moe’s,” says Tatiana Lambert, chief development officer at GoTo Foods. “As our first traditional restaurant in the market, this opening marks an important step in our growth strategy and reflects the continued demand we’re seeing for fresh flavors, convenience and hospitality-driven brands. We’re excited to introduce more guests to the Moe’s experience and build a lasting presence in the region.”
With consumer demand increasingly centered on convenience, customization and flexibility, Moe’s continues to evolve its restaurant model to meet guests where they are. The restaurant is designed to support a variety of dining occasions through dine-in, takeout, third-party delivery, catering and digital ordering.
