The flagship restaurant will showcase a new state-of-the-art design, designed by Aria Group, that combines contemporary aesthetics with the brand’s heritage.
The new venue spans 3,500 square feet and offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, showcasing how modern American hospitality comes to life. It also features an exterior patio and chic design elements.

One of the most notable changes with the flagship restaurant concept is the revamped menu. The Perkins culinary team, led by Mindy Armstrong, vice president of menu innovation, has crafted a menu that focuses on American classics that guests know and love, while also modernizing these dishes to align with current cravings. Perkins will also have a brand-new beverage menu that features bakery-inspired frozen drinks, boba chillers, craft refreshers and — for the first time — signature cocktails.
