Brooksville, Fla. — RFS has hired Jim Thomas as a remote senior project manager. Thomas is originally from Louisville, Ky., and will reside there as the newest member of the RFS team.
Thomas has over 20 years of construction experience, most of which have been accomplished in the restaurant industry. He has been a part of building more than 40 Texas Roadhouse restaurants with a Louisville, Ky.-based facility and construction management company and renovated countless others, all across the country. His vast experience brings several strong customer and subcontractor relationships, which will be beneficial to the RFS network.
Jim joined the RFS team in Brooksville in April and will begin estimating, quoting and running jobs as early as the beginning of May. “Our team is very excited about Jim joining; his skill set is exceptional and we can’t wait to see how he contributes to RFS,” says CEO Ron Wilhite.
Thomas will provide a project management presence that extends from the Mid-Atlantic states and up through the Midwest with just a short drive or an hour plane ride. This provides RFS great talent without requiring him to relocate to Florida, where RFS is based.
