Located just North of Houston, Marathon is a pavement maintenance company with a successful history completing projects throughout the state of Texas. Rose Paving is a premier pavement services provider, based in the Chicago area, with facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Connecticut. All members of the Marathon management team will remain with the company moving forward.

Zach Lovett and Mark Estrada started striping parking lots throughout Texas in the early 2000s. Through a lot of grit and optimism, they built the company into a customer-first pavement maintenance business based out of Houston but serving Texas. As the operation grew, they added Marty Harris to lead the paving division. The team has formed a culture focused on employees, customers and quality work.
