Waste Harmonics Recognized For Growth

Victor, N.Y. — For the second year in a row, Waste Harmonics, LLC, a leading provider of waste management services, has been named to the Rochester Chamber Top 100 list of the fastest-growing privately held businesses in the Greater Rochester, N.Y., region. Waste Harmonics came in second overall, climbing five spots from its seventh-place finish in 2015.

“It is a special tribute to once again be recognized as one of the top thriving businesses in the Rochester area,” says Waste Harmonics’ CEO, Michael Hess. “Our goal has always been to build a great business through a focused, hands-on approach to solving companies’ unique waste management needs. We simplify their solid waste program, make it more efficient, and lower their costs. And whether our customers have 10 locations or several thousand, we aim for excellence by providing really good, old-fashioned customer service.”

Waste Harmonics offers a range of waste management services for companies with locations spread across a wide geographic territory, including waste pickup, hauling, recycling and sustainability programs. Its customers include national banks, travel centers, movie theatres, and convenience and grocery stores.

In recent years, Waste Harmonics has nearly tripled its number of employees, substantially expanded its customer base — the Victor-based company is now active throughout the United States, Canada and Guam — and significantly grown revenue, according to Hess.

The Rochester Chamber Top 100 is a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and KPMG LLP program that ranks businesses based upon both dollar and percentage growth. To be eligible, businesses must be independent, privately held, headquartered in the nine-county Finger Lakes region, and have revenue of at least $1 million in each of the 3 most recent fiscal years.

Waste Harmonics serves North American businesses of all sizes in retail, banking, logistics, property management, grocery, utility, restaurant and furniture industries, among others. For more information, visit http://www.wasteharmonics.com.
