Latham, N.Y. — DWM Facilities Maintenance has promoted Erica Carpinello to strategic support analyst. Carpinello will be responsible for supporting the construction and renovation division through strategic reporting to ensure efficient completion of construction and renovation projects.

Carpinello joined DWM as a customer service coordinator in 2014. Through her solutions-based mindset and organizational skills, Carpinello has established new processes and protocols that have resulted in on-time, on-budget project completions for DWM’s construction and renovation division.
