Palmer Digital Group Sees Record Business Growth in 2025

Aurora, Ill. — Palmer Digital Group, a full-service supplier and installer of indoor and outdoor digital kiosks, drive-thru digital menu boards and canopy systems, celebrated 5 years of rapid business growth with the move into a 2,500-square-foot office space at the end of 2024. The move foreshadowed that bigger things were on the way — a reality reflected in the company’s record-breaking annual revenue in 2025.

PDG’s launch of two new products and investment in three new laser machines and robot welder paved the way for the company’s most successful year to date. In addition to accelerating manufacturing processes and turnaround time for shipments, PDG’s launch of a new portable kiosk has led to increased business in the retail, healthcare and education verticals. This expansion has introduced the brand to partners and end users in new business areas previously unaware of the brand.

As the company enters its seventh year of business, PDG will continue to build on the momentum in these growth verticals while bringing new innovations to its core QSR and retail verticals. This includes a preview of a new AI-powered outdoor kiosk with an outdoor-rated speaker from UR Holdings at the Automated Retail and Kiosk Innovation Show, which took place in December in Tampa. PDG will formally introduce the new solution in a fully productized form at the National Restaurant Show in May 2026.

“We continue to see very strong business in the QSR sector powered through a growing interest in self-ordering kiosks and indoor/outdoor digital menu board solutions, including the introduction of a new ceiling digital menu board that brought flexible installation options and sightlines to our customers,” says Chuck Lewis, vice president, Palmer Digital Group. “We have also continued to win business with small- to medium-sized QSR chains that are modernizing their outdoor digital menu board infrastructure, and shopping centers that have invested in outdoor kiosks for retail and wayfinding purposes.

Palmer Digital Group specializes in custom indoor and outdoor digital kiosks, display enclosures and drive-thru digital menu boards. The company can also install every product that it manufactures, including indoor displays. For more information, visit https://www.palmerdigitalgroup.com.
