Atlanta — Regional general contractor Benning Construction Company has been selected to build the first Walmart Neighborhood Market in metro Atlanta.
The 42,000-square-foot store is underway in Snellville and will be completed in fall 2012.
Walmart Neighborhood Markets are designed to offer a quick and convenient shopping experience for customers who need groceries, pharmaceuticals and general merchandise.
First opened in 1998, there are now more than 160 Walmart Neighborhood Markets.
