West Chester, Ohio — Luxury home retailer Frontgate plans to open its first experiential store in late May 2017. The 22,000-square-foot store will open in the Dallas market, offering an entirely new retail shopping experience for Frontgate customers.

Frontgate partnered with Legacy West, a luxury retail development in Plano, Texas, for the new location, according to Jenn Reeves, head of brand marketing for Frontgate. “This concept store will be a truly unique showcase for our brand as well as a shopping experience for our consumers,” Reeves says. “We’re bringing the brand to life in a 360-degree environment, allowing our consumers to interact with our products in a comfortable space that makes them feel at home. We can’t wait to welcome the local community to our new home in Dallas.”

For more than 25 years, Frontgate has been a leader in the home furniture, decor and entertaining space, with a focus on quality of materials and products coupled with unmatched customer service. “Frontgate is about grand living, welcoming, entertaining and creating a space that is beautiful and livable,” Reeves says.

Further illustrating the commitment to entertaining, the store will offer a place for customers to relax with refreshments and gourmet bites. This welcoming experience will allow customers to slow down and interact with designers and lifestyle experts, while planning their home decor and gatherings. A 2,500-square-foot patio showcase space will welcome guests and provide an open-air environment for shopping and bringing the party outdoors.

Frontgate is part of HSN Inc., a $3.7 billion interactive multichannel retailer with strong direct-to-consumer expertise between its two operating segments, HSN and Cornerstone.
