810 Billiards & Bowling to Open First Location in California

Corona, Calif. — 810 Billiards & Bowling, an emerging bowling, dining and entertainment franchise, will debut in California with a new development at The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, projected to open in spring 2025.

“This will be our first location in California, which is a big step, but we’re also excited about our role in making Dos Lagos the entertainment destination for the Corona community. The market in Corona is underserved for safe, high-quality entertainment venues, and we’re excited to be able to provide that,” says Michael Siniscalchi, CEO of 810 Billiards and Bowling. “We’ll have a private upstairs bowling area for events, dart lanes, axe throwing, outdoor space, a Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar and space for live music and other events.”

Ali Ghassemzadeh, president of The Shops at Los Dagos, explains that previous experiences with 810 Billiards & Bowling locations were a strong motivator for the selection of the brand. The operational excellence, high level of customer service and welcoming atmosphere elevate the brand above other standard entertainment options.

The Dos Lagos team is leading a multimillion-dollar development process to build up the center and become “the heart of the city,” and the addition of 810 Billiards & Bowling is central to that vision.

Adjacent to the lakes and with its own allocated parking area, 810 Billiards & Bowling will be next to the shops’ anchor business, Dos Lagos Luxury Theatres.

“We see 810 being one of our main entertainment hubs here,” Ghassemzadeh says. “There are already a lot of retail and dining options here, so it’s entertainment venues that we’re trying to increase. A lot of people can access retail options online if they really need to, but there’s no substitution for getting out and doing something fun. This is an opportunity for us to provide something brand new and genuinely interesting to our customers.”

Siniscalchi says the growth at Dos Lagos is representative of the brand’s current expansion strategy. As it works to establish its presence from coast to coast, a focus on growth in entertainment centers like Dos Lagos will give 810 Billiards and Bowling an opportunity to further solidify itself as an entertainment hub for the community with consistent service, high-quality food and beverage, and fun activities for everyone in the family.

810 Billiards & Bowling, a 9-unit emerging franchise out of South Carolina, is a classic bowling alley with an upscale twist. In its expansive space, 810 offers its customers multiple bowling lanes, billiard tables, full-service bars, an arcade, classic board games, mini golf and more. The menu serves lunch and dinner.
