Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant Names New CEO

Exton, Pa. — Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, an innovative craft brewery, has appointed Mark Kirke as its new chief executive officer. With nearly 30 years of experience in restaurant leadership, Kirke brings a wealth of knowledge to propel Iron Hill into the next chapter.

As CEO, Kirke will leverage his extensive experience across full-service multi-unit operations and brand building to drive Iron Hill’s continued growth and operational excellence. With a proven track record of prioritizing guest experiences, Kirke’s leadership will refine Iron Hill’s hospitality-centered approach. Kirke will also guide Iron Hill’s strategic initiatives.

Kirke’s impressive tenure with industry giants such as Hillstone, P.F. Chang’s, Artistry Restaurants and Shrimp Basket showcases his ability to drive guest satisfaction, brand growth and financial success. Kirke’s career path began at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where he started as a restaurant manager.

Founded in Newark, Del., in 1996, Iron Hill is among the most enduringly successful restaurants and craft brewery concepts in the United States with 19 locations in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Georgia. In 2020, the group opened its first large, full-scale production brewery in Exton, Pa., to serve larger consumer audiences through specific retail and distribution channels in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
