Sachse Construction Completes Whole Foods

Detroit — Sachse Construction has completed a new 25,580-square-foot Whole Foods Market, located in Detroit’s Midtown district. As the project’s general contractor, the company began work in April 2012 and completed site renovations, ground-up construction and the interior build-out in three phases. The project also includes a 340-square-foot mural and a second-floor mezzanine that will be used for office space. Detroit-based Sachse Construction provides commercial construction services including design-build, tenant coordination, general contracting and program management.
