Dallas — Michael Allen provides leadership for all aspects of the company’s Americas Central region’s facilities management group.
Dallas — Michael Allen has joined CBRE Group Inc. as senior managing director of facilities maintenance for Americas Central region. Based in Dallas, Allen provides leadership for all aspects of the region’s facilities management group. He reports to Maureen Ehrenberg, CBRE’s global director of facilities management.
“Mickey has a strong track record of achieving many industry and client accolades,” says Ehrenberg. “He has worked with a number of corporate occupiers that have complex portfolios and requirements. Mickey’s approach to the business through innovative solutions and operational leadership will support our facilities management teams in continuing to drive transformational business results for our clients.”
Previously, Allen was senior managing director for Cushman & Wakefield where he led the firm’s facilities management service line in the Central region. He also spent 14 years with Grubb & Ellis Co.
