At Home Names Former Party City Chief as its New CEO

Dallas — At Home Group Inc. has named Brad Weston as chief executive officer, effective June 3. Weston brings more than three decades of experience in retail; most recently, he was chief executive officer of Party City Holdings Inc.

Previously, Weston served in leadership roles for Petco, including as president and CEO from 2017-2018 and president and chief merchandising officer from 2015-2017 and executive vice president and chief merchandising officer from 2011-2015.

Prior to Petco, Weston served as senior vice president and chief merchandising officer for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. Earlier in his career, Weston was senior vice president, general merchandise manager for May Merchandising Company and senior vice president, general merchandise manager for Robinsons-May.

The current members of At Home’s Office of the CEO — Jeff Evans, Jerry Murray and Ashley Sheetz — will continue in their roles as president and chief merchandising officer; chief financial officer; and chief operating officer, respectively. Erik Ragatz, who has been serving as executive chairman, will move to chairman of the board of directors.
