Bricks & Minifigs Surpasses 300th Store, Doubling Growth in Just 2 Years

by Katie Lee

Orem, Utah — Bricks & Minifigs, an authorized LEGO® reseller specializing in buying, trading and selling LEGO® products, surpassed 300 stores in 2025. Through its buy, sell and trade model, each location gives unused LEGO items a second life with new builders, demonstrating the company’s continued success as a franchise-driven, in-person retailer. Since 2023, Bricks & Minifigs has opened 150 stores, marking one of the most accelerated periods of growth in its history.

“When I first joined Bricks & Minifigs as CEO in 2018, we had just 35 franchisees operating, and my brother and I were among them,” says Ammon McNeff, CEO of Bricks & Minifigs. “Since then, I’m incredibly proud that we’ve grown that number into over 300 locations across the U.S. and Canada. People still crave the experience of walking into a store where they can connect, explore and find unique LEGO® treasures with the people they love. We’re excited to continue opening new locations and bringing that experience to even more communities.”

In just 18 months, Bricks & Minifigs grew from its 100th store to its 200th, bringing its hands-on, community-centric LEGO experience to hundreds of new neighborhoods across North America and now Canada. The expansion set new revenue records, including $37,301 in a single grand opening day and over $1.7 million for a single store in 2025. Overall brand revenue exceeded $95 million, with multiple locations achieving million-dollar sales, highlighting the strength of the Bricks & Minifigs model and the success of its franchise partners.

“We came to Bricks & Minifigs as customers and fans before we were ever a part of the executive team,” says Matt McNeff, COO of Bricks & Minifigs. “Our journey serves as a reminder that every store represents someone’s excitement and passion for LEGO, and a desire to pour that energy into their community.”

Ammon McNeff, CEO of Bricks & Minifigs, alongside his brother Matt McNeff (COO), envision a future with over 3,500 stores worldwide. The company has already expanded from the United States into Canada, where two locations are already open and are authorized to sell in Australia. With LEGO® being an international brand, Bricks & Minifigs aspires to reach even non-English speaking countries and share the creativity of LEGO® with fans around the world.
