Los Angeles — Brochu Walker, a quiet luxury lifestyle brand, is celebrating a significant milestone, announcing its fifth store location in the Montecito, Calif., area. The highly anticipated concept store brings Brochu Walker’s timelessly elegant collections to one of the most sought-after locations in the country. Doors are now open at The Post Montecito (Santa Barbara, Calif.).
Brochu Walker has additional stores in Atlanta; Carmel-by-the-Sea, Calif.; Westport, Conn.; and Southampton, N.Y. When selecting its newest store location, the brand prioritized finding a community that has shown great brand affinity and who shares the brand’s ethos.
“We’re excited to open our store in Montecito, a place that perfectly captures the California ease and sophistication that our brand embodies,” says Karine Dubner, owner and creative director. “This expansion reflects the growing customer demand we’ve built in Southern California, and we look forward to bringing Brochu Walker’s timeless style to this beautiful community.”

The new location features an original Dutch front door, a welcoming entrance for guests that fills the space with natural light. Reflecting the brand’s mantra, “Luxury to Live In,” the store design incorporates quiet yet rich details, serene yet tactical touches, refined simplicity and feminine enhancements. Textural elements including touches of knit, subtle pattern rugs and fabric chandeliers add warmth and depth to the space. Olive trees add a gentle pop of color and visual depth to the store and serve as a nod to Dubner’s Southern French roots.
“Montecito has the same warm, tranquil charm as the South of France — I see why it’s called the American Riviera,” says Dubner, who purchased the brand in 2013.
