Mooresville, N.C. — Marshall A. Croom, a 20-year Lowe’s veteran, has been promoted to chief financial officer, effective March 3, 2017. Croom succeeds Robert F. (Bob) Hull Jr., who plans to retire after 17 years with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. Croom will report to Robert A. Niblock, Lowe’s chairman, president and CEO. Hull will remain at Lowe’s through March to ensure a smooth transition period.
Minneapolis — AmeriPride Services, a leading textile rental services and supply company in North America, has appointed Andrew Steiner to senior vice president of Canadian operations, effective January 1, 2017. Steiner has been with AmeriPride since 2001, most recently as vice president of marketing and customer operations.
Dallas — RAVE Restaurant Group’s board of directors has named former Smashburger CEO Scott Crane as its new chief executive officer, effective January 9, 2017. Crane succeeds Interim CEO Clinton J. Coleman, who will remain in his role as a member of the board, where he has served since 2007.
Owings Mills, Md. — EMG, an engineering, environmental, capital planning and project management consulting company based in Maryland and Arizona, has named Nestor Benavides as chief executive officer and promoted Ron Stupi to president. Chris Varney will move up to executive vice president of sales. Former CEO Claude Limoges will now serve as chairman of the board.
