Tampa, Fla. — Bruce Heisler oversees the management of the 1.4 million-square-foot property.
Tampa, Fla. — Bruce Heisler has joined CBRE as the general manager of the approximately 1.4 million-square-foot University Mall in Tampa. In his new role, Heisler oversees the management of the retail property, as well as all tenant and client relations, budget development, financial reporting and lease administration. He also directly supervises CBRE’s nine-person team of asset services and technical services professionals at the property.
“We are pleased to have a manager of Bruce’s caliber join us to lead our team at University Mall,” says Patricia Nooney, CBRE senior managing director who leads the investor services group in Florida. “His knowledge and experience will play an integral role in the future success of the property and CBRE’s service to its clients.”
Prior to joining CBRE, he served as the managing director of Sunstone Realty in Tampa. Heisler has also held management positions at The Duncan Companies, Colliers Arnold and Eastgroup Properties.
